Your records are hosted exclusively on infrastructure within the European Union and are subject to EU data protection law, including the GDPR.

Yandevu operates under the supervision of the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus. You can contact them directly if you ever feel your rights have not been respected.

You can export, correct, restrict, or delete your data from your account settings at any time. Requests are honoured within 30 days as required by law.

Healthcare providers using Yandevu sign a Data Processing Agreement and are bound by Cyprus medical confidentiality standards. Your relationship with your doctor stays between you.
